SERENA ROCKS! I recently saw her for the first time and she did an amazing job with my hair!! She knows her stuff when it comes to color…and she’s very efficient! I only wish I would’ve found her sooner. I’ve wasted so much time and money trying to find someone like her, but not anymore, she’s the only person I’ll go to from now on. I’m also sending friends and family to her!

I have known I wanted my eyebrows microbladed for some time now. My eyebrows are wirey and there is a lot of space in between each strand. It’s like my eyebrows have been balding ?? I have been researching places and people and I thought that I knew where I was going to go… then a friend told me that HER friend went to Serena in New Braunfels. I looked it up and saw her work and studied reviews – this is my face we’re talking about after all. We spoke over the phone and she was so pleasant; told me that she prefers not to “draw a shape” but follow the natural growth of my eyebrows. I truly felt she wanted it to look right. Her pricing was competitive and I had a great feeling. She was able to see me within two weeks. She met me and was comforting, open, and very kind. I voiced my concerns, asked questions and she was so patient in answering. She shut down myths and made me comfortable. She explained what she would do and when it came time to choose the color, she asked my opinion before she chose. Where it was numb, it felt like first aid tape was on my eyebrows and she was making lines with a fine point sharpie. There was some discomfort, but I have small tattoos so it wasn’t anything crazy, for those that don’t, it felt like when a small cat nicks you with a little sting – totally expected feeling considering and it didn’t last long and she was kind about it. The end results seriously had me holding back tears – this was something I was SOOO self conscious about. I’m getting married and I want to look my best. I want to wake up with eyebrows amiright?! She gave me proper instructions on care after, let me ask questions without feeling dumb or annoying, and demonstrated how to clean and apply ointment. I’m looking forward to my touch up, not because she made mistakes, but because it looks great, and I know where we could add a few more, and because I know it’ll be a great experience. Long story short – -Highly recommend!! Thank you Serena!!

I have been going to Serena for over 5 years now for my hair! She always does a wonderful job, listens to my concerns about my hair and has suggestions and great ideas. This week was the first time I have a facial with her. All I can say is WOW!!! Serena performed a dermaplaning procedure and I am in complete amazement of how great my skin feels and looks. Immediately the next day I could tell a difference, now 4 days later it’s only getting better. We’ve discussed a follow up plan of other facial procedures to do in the future to continue to take care of my skin. Serena also recommended skincare products and I was able to purchase a sample kit to try and one use I am in love!!! I would highly suggest everyone to get dermaplaning services, great way to help the aging skin stay young!!! Thank you Serena for making me feel beautiful!!

I could not be more happy with Serena and the fabulous work she did! After being self conscious on my sparse eyebrows, I came in and got microblading done. Not knowing what to expect, she helped me achieve a very natural looking brow… honestly it made me look 10 years younger! I can literally say “I woke up like this”.
